However, the forum is committed to a minimal set of rules that are necessary for keeping both the good organization of the forum and the quality of the exposed information. In order for you to use this forum, you must accept and follow this minimal set of rules.
1.A forum account is automatically created when the registration is submitted; the forum account will have the same user name as that used for registration. The user name cannot be changed and it will be used when posting on forum.
2.The forum is organized on categories.
3.The “Discuţii pe marginea articolelor” category is intended for topics that are automatically created when a new article is posted. On this category you can comment at each article for the already created topics. We invite you to create topics in any other category on forum, such as “General” but not in this category. Otherwise, the topics will be moved to corresponding categories.
4.Please use a decent language in your messages.
5.Please do not post texts, images or links leading to materials that are not yours and that are protected by author rights. Yet, if you wish to refer to such materials, you must state their source.
6.Please do not post using capital letters in your text.
7.No commercial messages or links are allowed. Such messages will be deleted without a preliminary warning.
8.The title of a new topic must be relevant to the content of your message.
9.The forums administrators have the right to edit the opened topics or categories in any way considered necessary for the forum formatting and also to delete or to deactivate messages on forum that do not come under the minimal set of rules. Also, the users that do not respect this set of minimal rules will be warned or, for worst cases, their access to site will be limited.
10.The regulations for this forum can be changed without a preliminary announcement. Therefore, we advise you to periodically check this section.
